Appointments
Please call us to schedule your ultimate spa experience to insure your preferred date and time. We require a valid credit card when booking your services.
Spa services are intended for guests 18 and older, some exceptions apply.
 
Cancellation/No Shows
To avoid charges, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Less than 24 hour notice, and client no-shows will be charged the full amount of all scheduled services.
 
Check In
  • We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, as services begin promptly on time.
  •  Pre-service consultation forms are required for your safety, please inform your therapist of any health concerns.
  • To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, please turn off or silent your cell phone.
  • We ask clients to keep up with all personal items during your visit. Lockers are provided on request. We are not responsible for personal belongings.
 
Your Treatment
  • The therapist will step out to give you time to make yourself comfortable and undress to your level of comfort.
  • For spa services robes, wraps, and slippers are provided on request. 
  • All client information is confidential.
 
Gratuity
Prices and services are subject to change. Gratuities are not included, and are at your discretion. 15%-20% is customary for excellent service and greatly appreciated.
 
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased for products, services, or dollar amount. They expire 3 months from date of purchase, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be presented for payment. 
 
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct.
 
Payment
